Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional AV support for meetings and events
* Set up, operate, and dismantle projection, sound, and PA systems
* Prepare presentations and test microphones
* Support live event recordings
* Create easy-to-follow user guides and short videos for AV equipment
* Instruct and assist users with AV systems
* Provide first-line IT support via email, phone, and face-to-face
* Log and manage all requests through the IT Helpdesk
* Support, maintain, and deploy IT and AV hardware
* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
* Manage warranty repairs as needed
* Maintain printers and manage consumables
* Document all work, configurations, and incidents accurately
