The Opportunity
TXM Recruit are working with a growing specialist to hire Senior Installation Engineers to support premium home delivery and installation services.
This is a hands-on role where youll lead high-spec electrical installations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering a first-class customer experience.
The Role
* Lead electrical installations in domestic environments
* Install EV chargers, smart home tech & premium appliances
* Provide expert demonstrations to customers
* Mentor junior engineers and support depot teams
* Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance
What Were Looking For
* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds)
* 18th Edition (BS7671) essential
* Strong domestic installation experience
* Leadership mindset able to coach and develop others
* Full UK driving licence (3.5t experience a plus)
* Willing to travel to depots and customer sites
