Key Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of import documentation, including CHED documents. Managing customs clearance processes in line with current regulations. Liaising with shipping lines, hauliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. Maintaining up-to-date records in line with company and legal requirements. Providing excellent customer service and clear communication to clients regarding shipment progress.
