Account Manager / Sales Executive
County Down
£27,000 + uncapped commission
I'm recruiting for a phone-based B2B sales role with a growing energy and transport business. This is a target-driven, outbound sales position where you'll manage existing accounts while actively generating additional revenue.
The role
* Managing a portfolio of B2B clients across the UK and Europe
* Speaking to customers daily - high call volumes expected
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
* Closing business over the phone and hitting monthly targets
* Supporting new clients through onboarding and product setup
What we're looking for
* Proven outbound / telephone sales experience
* Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
* Strong communicator who can handle objections and close
* Commercial mindset - spotting and converting opportunities
Package
* £26,000 basic
* Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40k+)
* Clear progression within a growing business
* Full training provided

* Early finish every Friday
This is a fast-paced sales role suited to someone who is motivated by targets, activity, and earning commission.
