Offer description

Responsible for coordinating and managing the schedule and movement of Engineers/Partner Engineers to ensure efficient and timely service meeting SLAs.

1. Plan and dispatch Engineers to various locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
2. Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and team members to provide updates, instructions, and resolve any issues.
3. Track the status and location of Engineers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
4. Address and manage emergencies and delays by coordinating with the appropriate personnel and resources to provide swift solutions.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Salary: £26,208 plus a discretionary bonus of up to £1,800 per annum on successful achievement of monthly KPIs.
