The Tech Delivery Centre of Excellence (COE) aims to develop the maturity of our tribes and drive the adoption of standards and good practices at individual, tribe, chapter, and community levels. As an expert in these standards and practices, you will guide tribes, enhancing their maturity and performance. Your role will impact large groups of people, including tribes and communities of SMEs, ensuring effective change adoption through scaled change management plans and close collaboration with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
* Shape the Change and Adoption Roadmap: Lead the development of the change and adoption roadmap for the Building Products Together programme.
* Design and Implement Plans: Create and execute scaled change and adoption plans for the Technical Delivery Centre of Excellence (COE) team, including Wayfinder, communications, training, and change enablement.
* Guide and Support Tribes: Become an expert in BT's standards and practices to support tribes in enhancing their maturity and performance.
* Lead Change Conversations: Drive change and adoption discussions for ways of working changes within tribes and supporting functions emerging from the COE, such as Quarterly Prioritisation, standards, and processes.
* Review and Control: Establish controls and mechanisms to regularly review adoption plans against outcomes and objectives.
* Build Relationships: Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across BT who must adopt the new ways of working or support their implementation and evolution.
* Support Communities of Practice: Foster and grow horizontal subject matter expert communities of practice that build maturity in ways of working across the organisation.
* Execute Data Analysis: Analyse complex data, interpret trends and patterns, comprehend complex information, and identify additional data sources or best practices to devise solutions.
* Champion Change & Digital Transformation: Continuously develop and share 'outside-in' knowledge on emerging trends and changes in Change & Digital Transformation, including ways of working.
The skills you will need
* Strategic Thinking and Planning: Proven ability to drive efficient ways of working and an effective operating model.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience in establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively, and facilitating mutually beneficial negotiations to agree plans and outcomes.
* Process Transformation: Demonstrated capability to identify, transform, and implement new processes.
* Influencing and Collaborative Ability: Skilled in navigating, interacting, and influencing multiple teams across BT, driving collaboration and achieving outcomes.
* Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate ideas and insights succinctly and engagingly, with a proven track record of influencing through communications.
* Agile Delivery Methods Experience: Expertise in planning, demand, and portfolio management using agile methodologies.
* Data-First Mindset: Experience in defining sustainable approaches to manage, manipulate, and provide insight and information to all of Digital on a self-serve basis.
* Change Delivery: Proven ability to define and implement long-term changes, adapting for optimal solutions.
Key experience
* Agile Environment Expertise: Proven commercial success and track record in working within an Agile environment.
* Digital and IT Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working as part of or closely with Digital and/or IT teams.
* Agile Certification: Certification in Agile methodologies is highly valued.
* Large-Scale Transformation Experience: Proven experience in large organizations undergoing significant transformations in ways of working.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Extensive experience working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders to align plans and deliver business outcomes.
