About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Manage the visitor sign-in process and maintain security procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organised reception area
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
Communicate effectively with staff across multiple sites
Provide general support to the management team as required
4 hours per site, with flexibility to work over 4 days (one site per day) or 2 days (two sites per day) depending on what works best for both you and the business.
