People Operations Advisor
Location: ST16 2DH (Hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in-office)
Contract: 12 months, 37 hours per week
Pay: £19.98 per hour PAYE | £24.92 per hour Umbrella
Seven Resourcing are seeking a People Operations Advisor to join a dynamic HR function on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role, with the work base in Staffordshire, but you will be expected to attend in-person meetings across the county as needed. A minimum of one day per week in the office is required, with additional attendance for team meetings and ad hoc events.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice, challenge, and support to managers on complex employee relations issues, including investigations and hearings, in line with established policies and procedures.
Support managers through organisational change projects, such as restructures and TUPE transfers. This includes working with stakeholders to deliver business objectives, assisting with structural design, job evaluation, and managing both collective and individual consultation and engagement processes.
Contribute operational expertise to people-related projects, ensuring objectives are met and outcomes are delivered efficiently.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in employee relations and supporting managers through complex HR situations.
Be confident in navigating organisational change and providing practical guidance during restructuring processes.
Demonstrate strong project delivery skills, with the ability to provide insight and operational support across multiple initiatives.
