Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in financial services and software delivery? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-run business in central Rotherham that genuinely cares about its people.
Projects in this role are a blend of software development and business process improvements, so you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, being hands-on, and demonstrating strong IT literacy to succeed.
They're investing heavily in the future, including a move to a brand-new office within the next 6 months and the delivery of a replacement loan management system already in progress. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside in-office collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Take full ownership of change projects, from scoping through to delivery
• Lead the delivery of a new loan management system
• Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and software teams to drive change
• Support user training, testing, and documentation
• Help shape the future of business-critical systems
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years in a project/change management role
• Financial services experience (ideally in mortgages or secured lending)
