the requirements:
7. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one through Randstad).
8. Previous and relevant experience supporting children.
9. Previous experience supporting early years.
10. Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
11. Be proactive and patient.
12. Excellent communication skills.
13. Committed to working collaboratively as a team.
the responsibilities:
14. Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and activities.
15. Support and guide students in their day-to-day learning and development.
16. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
17. Help students remain focused and inspired towards the lesson plan and activities.
18. Potential for 1:1 or group support to pupils with additional needs when required.
19. Building rapport with students, teachers and parents/ carers.
