Join Barclays as an FX UX Designer & Analyst, where you will be working on a trading application within a treasury-focused environment. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that support multi-currency trading and payment processes. You will collaborate closely with developers to understand what has already been built, ensuring that your designs align with technical constraints while meeting all business and user requirements. To be successful, you should have: Skilfully craft the end-to-end user experience, bringing together a cohesive journey step by step, creatively using components from a central design system to figure out the right balance of content and UI (User Interface) elements on screen Bring designs to life with a choice of prototyping software, such as Sketch / InVision / Figma / Axure / Adobe XD Balance business requirements with user needs - you'll be gathering user research and rationale to align stakeholders on individual user needs. You'll know when to diplomatically push back, if necessary, to act on what's right for the customer.
