Rate Of Pay: £16.24 per hour

Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Diageo Shieldhall in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, delivering a high-quality catering service to our client.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards
* Plan and create menus in line with client requirements and company guidelines
* Manage stock control, wastage, and food production planning
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and allergen policies
* Build strong working relationships with the client and wider on-site teams
* Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through quality, presentation and service
About you
* Proven experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role, ideally within a contract catering or similar environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
* Excellent culinary skills and creative flair for menu design
* Organised, calm under pressure, and focused on high standards
* Confident with food safety, compliance, and hygiene procedures
Essential qualifications
* Food Safety Level 3
Desirable qualifications
* IOSH Managing Safely
