Do you have previous Team-focused PA experience, working at Director level, in Investment Banking?
Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together?
As a genuine team player, you'll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
* Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
* Coordinating meetings and VCs with full logistics
* Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
* Regular client liaison
* Processing expenses
* Working in a close-knit collaborative team of Assistants
* 4 days in, 1 WFH day
The skills you need to bring:
* Solid Team secretarial experience, gained from Investment Banking
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Team player and a sense of humour
* Positive self-starter
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
