About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Systems Coordinator to help modernise and improve our HR processes through automation, reporting, and engaging training content.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with HR systems, streamlining workflows, analysing data, and creating practical tools that support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in optimising our HR systems and Business Management System (BMS), improving efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions, while ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
HR Systems & Automation
* Configure and improve HR workflows, forms, and automated processes
* Support integration and alignment between PeopleHR and the BMS
* Automate key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, performance, absence, and compliance
* Streamline contracts, offer letters, and HR templates using automation and AI
* Identify opportunities to reduce manual administration and improve efficiency
Reporting & Data Management
* Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements
* Produce KPI dashboards and HR reports covering headcount, turnover, absence, training, and performance
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities
Training & Manager Support
* Create engaging training materials including videos, guides, and micro-learning content
* Develop AI-supported resources to help managers confidently manage their teams
* Maintain an accessible self-service library of HR training materials
Compliance & Administration
* Monitor automated compliance trackers for Right to Work, training, probation, and reviews
* Support HR policy updates, version control, and audits
* Assist with onboarding workflows and employee administration where required
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or HR systems
* Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleHR/Access
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or currently working towards it)
* Experience producing HR reports or KPI dashboards
* Experience creating training materials or video content
* Interest in automation, AI tools, and continuous improvement
