The role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that involves delivering products directly to customers, serving customers at the Trade counter, assisting with stock management, and cycle counting.
* Ensure customers, including trades, businesses, and homeowners, receive exceptional service with a cheerful attitude.
* Organise products for delivery and secure them on the delivery truck.
* Stock shelves and perform cycle counts.
This is a permanent part-time role offering 20 hours, Monday to Friday, 8am-12:30pm.
About you:
You should be an organised, reliable team player with a customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
* Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
* Confident with computers and learning new systems.
* Physically fit with solid health and safety values.
* Full NZ Class 1 driver’s license is essential; forklift license is advantageous.
