Temporary Customer Service Administrator
£14-£15 p/h + holiday pay
Based near Old Street
Monday – Friday, 5 days in
ASAP start
2-4 week booking potentially to extend longer
What you’ll do
* Being the first point of contact for answering customer queries and concerns
* Reviewing and raising tickets accordingly
* Submitting customer orders within the CRM system
* Liaising with the warehouse to confirm processing of orders, dispatching, and customer invoices
* Providing product recommendations
* Feeding issues back to the wider business and responding to customer reviews
* Providing ad-hoc support
Skills required
* Previous experience in customer service
* Proactive “can do” approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Knowledge of products and services
* Ability to problem-solve
