The Role: Senior Pastry Chef A rare opportunity has arisen for a talented and detail-driven Senior Pastry Chef to join this dedicated culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a genuine passion for patisserie, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce desserts, bakery items, and afternoon tea selections to a consistently high standard. You will lead a small pastry team, contributing ideas for new dishes and playing a key role in delivering an outstanding food experience across multiple outlets within the hotel.
