Join us in Coalville! The Role: You'll be an integral part of our Responsive Maintenance team, based in our Coalville office. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves engaging in the full administration process and providing ongoing customer support for the team and tenants. Your key tasks will include managing project trackers, liaising with site management, maintaining data systems, and handling first-line enquiries and complaints. About You: We're looking for a confident communicator who is highly computer literate, particularly with Excel and trackers. You'll be a team player capable of managing your own workload, possess good attention to detail, and have a 'can do' attitude. Experience in construction, facilities management, or maintenance is preferred but not essential. Requirements: Confident communicator. Computer literate with Excel and tracker experience. Team player with strong workload management and attention to detail. 'Can do' attitude. Ability to commute to Coalville (office-based role). Successful completion of a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at the offer stage.
