4 ON 4 OFF ROTA WORKING TWO DAYS (7AM - 7PM) & TWO NIGHTS (7PM - 7AM) £12.21 PER HOUR (DAYS) | £13.82 PER HOUR (NIGHTS)
People Solutions are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join our well-established client based in Sywell, Northamptonshire .

Day-to-Day Duties • Repairing pallets to company quality standards • Checking pallets for damage, defects, and overall quality • Using hand tools such as electric saws, nail guns, and spray guns • Working between indoor and outdoor areas depending on workload • Using pump trucks to safely move pallets around the site
Essential Skills • Good level of English to follow written and verbal instructions • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Experience • Previous experience using power tools or working in a similar environment
Training Provided • Full training provided by the client • Shadow shifts with an experienced trainer prior to working independently
