Codec are seeking a Programme Manager to join the growing Belfast team
This role will have an onsite requirement of 2 days per week in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Management
* End-to-end programme oversight, from planning through delivery and support
* Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
* Governance, performance tracking, and benefits realisation
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
* Senior stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors
* Team leadership and mentoring across distributed and multidisciplinary teams
* Effective communication and reporting to executive boards
Governance, Risk & Quality Management
* Development and enforcement of governance frameworks and PMO controls
* Risk identification, mitigation, and change management
* Continuous improvement and quality assurance across delivery phases
Microsoft Ecosystem & Delivery Tools
* Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Azure DevOps for project planning, tracking, and delivery reporting
* SharePoint Online for document management, collaboration, and governance
Strategic & Technical Expertise
* Alignment of technology delivery with organisational strategy
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements
* Skilled in managing large-scale digital transformation and migration programmes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Governance setup, reporting and monitoring
* Excellent Communicator
* Onsite (Belfast) 2-3 days per week
