Overview
Within the Dispensary, you will dispense prescriptions for inpatients and outpatients, as well as greeting patients and staff at our reception. You will support the procurement strategy, monitor storage, provide stock coordination and supply of pre-filled chemotherapy on a day-to‑day basis.
You will work closely with the dispensary team and support members of the ward pharmacy team with supply of medication and processing of discharge prescription dispensing.
You will support the education and training of new staff as required.

This person will work closely with pharmacy colleagues to provide an efficient and robust supply of chemotherapy to inpatients and outpatients at Singleton Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense prescriptions for inpatients and outpatients.
* Greet patients and staff at reception.
* Support the procurement strategy, monitor storage, and provide stock coordination and supply of pre-filled chemotherapy.
* Work with the dispensary team and ward pharmacy team on medication supply and discharge prescription dispensing.
* Support education and training of new staff.
