* Acting as a primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries and community feedback.
* Building strong partnerships with internal teams, external agencies, community groups, and elected members.
* Coordinating outreach activities, events, consultations, and engagement campaigns.
* Working closely with communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.
* Maintaining accurate records, engagement data, and stakeholder databases.
* Preparing reports and updates for senior management and Council committees.
* Supporting the delivery of projects that generate lasting social and economic impact.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and can confidently engage with diverse audiences.
You will be:
* An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in stakeholder engagement, community development, communications, or partnership working.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Confident in delivering outreach activities, consultations, and engagement programmes.
* Skilled at building trust and fostering collaborative relationships.
* Passionate about delivering positive outcomes for local communities.
* Adaptable, proactive, and committed to high standards of customer service.
Why Join Us?
