Job Description
Job Duties:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities
* Assisting with the preparation of lesson materials and resources
* Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Supervising students during class and outdoor activities
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management
Required Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Valid DBS check
Education:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the national curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Additional training in special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
* Temporary position with Full-Time hours
* Work within a school environment
* May involve some outdoor activities and off-site visits

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
