We are an international lifestyle and action sports licensee, distributor and manufacturer with over 40 years of heritage and experience and are looking for an energetic, flexible and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts. This role sits at the intersection of sales performance, brand integrity, and long-term partner relationships. You'll be trusted to represent the brands authentically while driving revenue, improving distribution quality, and expanding market presence.
This is an outward-facing role requiring industry knowledge, commercial confidence, and genuine credibility.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Own and develop a portfolio of accounts (Action Sports, Core Skate and Strategic Partners)
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with buyers and store owners
Identify opportunities to grow sell-in and sell-through
Negotiate commercial terms for customers with support from the Head of Region
Sales Strategy & Execution
Deliver seasonal sell-in presentations and line showings
Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on launches, activations, and campaigns
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and retailer feedback
Act as a brand ambassador in the field, at trade shows and industry events
Forecasting & Planning
Produce accurate sales forecasts and account plans
Manage order book
Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and stock availability
Internal Collaboration
Share market insights with buying, marketing, and product teams
Mentor junior account managers or sales reps (where applicable)
Maintain accurate customer reporting and sales documentation
Person Profile
Experience & Background
3+ years' experience in account management or sales
Proven track record of managing accounts and delivering growth
Strong understanding of retail, from independents to multi door
Skills & Capabilities
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercially astute with a clear understanding of profitability and margin
Confident presenter with the ability to sell a line and tell a brand story
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
Competent in MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Power BI)

Benefits-
Salary: £33,000 pa
KPI bonus: up to £2,000 pa
