HCA Healthcare UK’s Information Technology Group (ITG) manages healthcare IT across hospitals, clinics, outpatient centres, laboratories, and other facilities.
IT Technical Service Management, part of the ITIL Service Operation module, handles capacity, performance, and availability of IT infrastructure components. The Technical Services Delivery team maintains all end user devices across HCA UK facilities.

Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for end users and generate incident tickets.
* Coordinate responses to incident reports, monitor resolution, and update clients.
* Investigate incidents, seek resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
* Facilitate recovery after incidents.
* Document incidents and close resolved tickets following procedures.
Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in 2nd and 3rd line support with strong communication skills.
* Experience with mobile and device technologies, LAN, WLAN, WiFi, PCs, laptops, and tablets.
* Hands-on support experience with vendor management and troubleshooting.
* Experience with iOS, Windows 7 & 10, SQL, MS Server OS, Microsoft Office, and O365.
