About you
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Product Owner to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients, business stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that we deliver high-value solutions that meet user needs and align with our product vision.
*We are open to a variety of skills and happy to consider technical profiles looking to move into a product role (Example: Analysts, Scrum Masters etc)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the steward for the core business product and champion for agile delivery and discovery.
* Agile facilitation & team support
* Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Work closely with the development team to remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery.
* Develop a strong understanding of the Dezrez product suite to support decision-making.
* Collaboration & workflows
* Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated workflows that streamline business processes.
* Act as a champion for process improvement and efficiency within the product lifecycle.
* Client & stakeholder engagement
* Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities for value.
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable use cases and user stories.
* Define solution boundaries, ensuring alignment with product strategy and technical feasibility.
* Product design & delivery
* Contribute to UI/UX design discussions to ensure intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
* Prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical constraints.
* Ensure solutions are well-documented and communicated across teams.
Skills & Experience
* Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
* Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in requirements gathering, use case development, and UI design input.
* Ability to think critically about business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable
* Knowledge of the property sector or SaaS products.
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management platforms.
