About The Role
As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the center of World Fuel’s global customer operations, supporting aviation clients around the world in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This is a highly customer‑facing role where you will manage incoming requests via phone and email, resolve real‑time issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. What You Will Do
* Handle high volumes of inbound phone calls and emails from global aviation customers
* Provide real‑time support and resolve urgent requests with accuracy and professionalism
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality service
* Monitor fuel availability and communicate updates or disruptions
* Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
* Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve service
* Adapt communication style to a diverse, global customer base
What You Bring
* 1 to 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar environments
* Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
* Comfortable being on the phone for a significant portion of the day
* Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid passport
Preferred
* Aviation, travel, or logistics exposure
* Additional languages
* Familiarity with systems like Oracle
* Strong understanding of world geography
Education
High school diploma or GED required
