Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will handle a broad corporate commercial caseload, including:
* Business sales & acquisitions
* Company law & business structuring
* Business & asset protection
* Strategic business planning
* Drafting & negotiating commercial agreements
* Work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, startups, investors & funders
* Collaborate with an established, well-regarded team to enhance the department’s growth & reputation
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate commercial law
* 3+ years PQE (though all levels will be considered)
* No requirement for an existing client following – bring your expertise & ambition
* Ideal for someone feeling stagnated in their current role or looking for faster career progression
