The RSC is looking for a Catering Supervisor to assist and support the Catering Managers in the efficient running of the, Green room and to assist with the delivery of hospitality and events.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
8. Working collaboratively with the Catering Managers to enhance the visitor experience through the delivery of exceptional customer service and a delicious food and drink offering.
9. Supporting the Catering Managers with coaching, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional service.
10. Running daily staff briefings to cover operational news, daily menus, or service changes.
11. Receiving deliveries of stock and consumables.
12. Managing all bill handling procedures, cashing up and closing down.
13. Supervising all areas to ensure they are safe, clean, and suitable for all visitors.
14. Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, associated legislative regulations and Head of Safety requirements.
To be successful in this role you must:
15. Understand and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
16. Have good leadership skills.
17. Be able to encourage and motivate a team in a high-volume environment.
18. Enjoy delivering first-class customer service.
This is a full-time permanent position, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, working shifts over 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, Monday through to Sunday.
