Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role near Faversham, Kent, for an Apprentice Director at BUYERSBUSINESS LIMITED. Occasionally, you may be required to work in other locations.
The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, managing staff, and ensuring the company's goals are met.
This role demands dedication to purpose, an open mind, innovative thinking, long-term commitment, and flexibility in your work schedule.
You must be able to show strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to learn quickly.
It's important you can undertake both simple and complex work with the same high levels of dedication.
The role will report to the main Director, who will be your mentor and support you. At the appropriate time, you will be encouraged to take on further academic studies if suitable.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you are a self-starter, constantly generating ideas, and not setting limits or boundaries on what can be achieved.
