This is a key position within the team, responsible for managing warranty claims, service administration, and ensuring accurate records to support the smooth running of the workshop and customer service operations. Key Responsibilities Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within set deadlines. Liaise with manufacturers regarding claim approvals, rejections, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and invoicing for all completed work. Support the service department with booking, scheduling, and customer communication. Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with manufacturer and company guidelines. Work closely with service advisors, workshop controllers, and technicians to gather required information for claims.
