Account Manager – Medical Billings
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Amersham office after probation and training.
Responsibilities
* Act as a dedicated partner to healthcare practitioners, managing the full revenue cycle on their behalf.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advice and insights on billing and financial performance.
* Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce inefficiencies, supporting long‑term client success.
* Guide clients through billing systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance the client and patient experience.
* Support business objectives through administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in account management, billing, or client services, ideally in a target‑driven or fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trust and influence effectively.
* High attention to detail with proven organisational skills and accuracy in data management.
* Resilient and adaptable, able to prioritise and problem‑solve under pressure.
* Team‑oriented with a proactive approach to achieving goals and supporting continuous improvement.
