Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
* Support clients in engaging with social activities and maintaining their independence.
* Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting clients as needed.
* Basic IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and communication.
* A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
