Key Requirements HND or degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant scientific discipline Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 and UKAS requirements Previous experience managing lab teams and workload Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Flexible, organised, and able to work under pressure Confident in client-facing environments About The Opportunity You’ll be responsible for day-to-day lab operations, ensuring technical quality, supporting staff development, and maintaining safety and compliance. You’ll act as the site’s UKAS Quality & Technical Manager and play a central role in supporting Intertek’s wider growth goals.
