Shift Pattern: Monday to Fri day OR Sunday to Thursday
[Flexible shifts, 04:00 to 12:00 or 11:00 to 19:00 or 14:00 to 23:00 (end timings might vary) ]

We are recruiting for a Factory Hygiene Operative to work for a successful manufacturing company in South Buckinghamshire, England.
Our client is a privately owned family company specialising in making high quality dairy products for the retail, foodservice, and ingredients sectors.
We are currently recruiting for new team members to facilitate our exciting growth plans. We are seeking a hardworking and conscientious person to help maintain a clean and healthy environment.
This role will involve:
Reporting to the Process Supervisor, your prime areas of responsibility will be:
Setting up, adjusting and controlling various pieces of equipment involved in the production of yogurt.
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure product quality.
Smooth running of milk and cream intake.
Preform necessary tests and checks relating to intake and processing
Read and follow recipes to produce the base for the yogurt.
Ensuring that the correct ingredients are used.
Combining and mixing of ingredients to form the base of the product before it goes to production.
Follow the production schedule to ensure the days processing runs smoothly.
Be involved in and adhere to all company procedures with regards to CIP.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping.
Have a working knowledge of pasteurisation.
Operate pumping machines
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in an FMCG, chilled chain environment.
Previous SKADA experience an advantage.
Exposure to processing and operations of a pasteurisation plant is beneficial
Have working knowledge of health and safety, HACCAP, food safety an BRC
PN : Transport: Due to our semi-rural location, personal means of transport will be essential
