The Commercial Gas Engineer- IP/NR role is available at Sureserve.

Overview of Role
The Commercial Engineer will work closely with our engineering teams to provide technical solutions to clients, attending premises for service, breakdown, and repair work. You must be a COCN1 gas qualified engineer with experience in commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of properties across the region.
* Maintain high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
* Communicate updates and progress of work, completing required paperwork electronically and manually.
* Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
* Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
Key Attributes
* Friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring all works meet required standards.
* Experience working on commercial gas heating and hot water systems.
* COCN1 Qualified.
