Behaviour Intervention Specialist (Reconnection) Title: Behaviour Support Lead (Reconnection & Reset) Location: Blackpool, FY Area Pay: £102.83 - £121.83 per day Start: ASAP (Trial days available immediately) The Role: We are looking for two specialist practitioners to work in our "Reconnection & Reset" zone. This role is based outside the traditional classroom, focusing on immediate intervention when a student needs to "reset." You will facilitate restorative conversations and deliver 1:1 interventions designed to help students understand their behaviour and return to learning successfully. Key Requirements: Proven experience in "Restorative Justice" or "Reconnection" models. High levels of resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviour.
