Job Description Fund Finance Manager 12- 14 month contract to start in March 2026 About the Business A leading real estate investment management firm specialising in the acquisition, development and management of high‑quality residential assets across the UK. What You Will Do The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, supporting a range of strategic and operational initiatives. A key part of the role involves assisting the Finance Director with fund accounting, overseeing third‑party fund administrators across multiple jurisdictions, liaising with tax advisers, reviewing financial models, and contributing to corporate accounting activities. Key Responsibilities Acting as Finance Manager for commercial funds Monitoring accounting and corporate administration of SPVs within portfolio structures Contributing to quarterly investor reporting, including establishing processes to track key data and reporting deadlines Supporting the preparation of year‑end accounts Liaising with external accounting providers, auditors and tax advisers across relevant jurisdictions Coordinating with property accountants and verifying property accounting entries (e.g., within Yardi) Assisting with corporate accounting tasks Supporting financial accounts reporting Assisting with the audit of UK statutory year‑end accounts Supporting forecasting and cash‑flow planning activities Contributing to process improvements and optimisation of accounting workflows About You — Experience, Knowledge and Skills Ideally, you will bring: A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience in management accounting or financial reporting, ideally with exposure to real estate funds Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence working with investors and external service providers Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement High attention to detail, accuracy and a commitment to producing high‑quality work
