* NMC registered Nurse
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience at Band 5 Level in acute medicine
* 2 years post qualifying experience

* Recognised leadership course.

* Demonstrable experience within Gastroenterology
* Demonstrable leadership and management skills.
Desirable criteria
* Experience implementing service improvement and evaluating effectiveness
Technical Skills Competencies

* IT literacy using a range of current and relevant packages
* Retrieve relevant investigation results
* Teaching and presentation skills
