Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and reconciliation.
\n
* Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
\n
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
\n
* Deliver patient education and counselling.
\n
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.
\n

Requirements:

\n
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
\n
* Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
\n
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
