Tiny Tots Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic new Deputy Manager opportunity at a beautiful, long-established nursery in West Reading .
This Deputy Manager role is supernumerary, meaning you'll work across the nursery to support the staff and management team, have dedicated office/admin time, and be confident stepping up to run the nursery in the Manager's absence. We're looking for a passionate leader with strong EYFS knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a real drive to inspire and motivate a team.

Deputy Manager Role Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience
Confident in safeguarding, child protection, and SEND practices
Solid EYFS knowledge
Experience contributing to successful Ofsted outcomes ("Good" or "Outstanding")
Ability to build excellent partnerships with parents and external professionals
Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
