Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Manager, based in Esher. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, operational efficiency, financial management, and safety compliance. Responsibilities will also include developing strategies to maximize revenue, managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The individual will act as a role model for best practices, foster an engaging team environment, and maintain an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications
* Leadership and Team Management skills, including experience in staff supervision, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
* Operational Efficiency and Organizational skills with expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining high operational standards.
* Customer Experience Management skills, including handling guest feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Financial Management skills such as budgeting, cost control, and analysing financial performance to meet revenue targets.
* Strong Decision-Making and Problem-Solving abilities to address unforeseen challenges and ensure smooth operations.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety standards, including compliance with safety guidelines and risk management in high-traffic environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
* Relevant experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment industries is highly valued.
