Hybrid role, Monday and Thursday in the office, rest at home. – however, the office is open every day, if you’d prefer to work from the office!
The Position:
As an SEO Manager, youll work with the wider agency and the direct SEO team, leading from the front and developing the rest of the team. Youll work with clients and the senior leadership team to drive initiative, problem solve and drive results.
You’ll work across delivery, strategy and client comms, allowing you to develop skillsets across not only seo but the wider marketing and professional spectrum.
With clients across ecommerce, outdoors, fashion, home and lifestyle, the clients and campaigns are fun and exciting!
You’ll help shape seo strategies, problem solves and have your finger on the pulse when it comes to recommendations.
We’re looking for someone who has leadership and team management experience, experience in an agency environment and coming for a specific seo position.
This role has strong progression plans, ideally moving into a Head of SEO role in the future.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the departments
* Work directly with clients
* Train and develop junior members
* Be part of the leadership team
* Shape & implement SEO strategies, on-page and off-page
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Deliver technical seo audits
* Review and monitor seo performance across GA4, Search Console and utilise tools such and Screaming Frog and SEMrush
