The Norton Grange is a large countryside pub in the village of Norton near to the market town of Evesham. This is a sleeping giant with 170 internal covers and a further 100 covers in the amazing garden with car parking for over 60 cars. It is a large destination community food pub with a carvery deck and large bar area with plenty of scope to drive existing sales with the right operators.
Ideally we are looking for candidates that have experience working in some managed house environments, have a background in developing business through standards, marketing and maximising opportunities and understand how to deliver high turnover through a carvery offering.
The Norton Grange is currently turning over circa £8000 per week on an 80/20 wet lead split but has tonnes of potential (it's previously known to turnover up to £18,000 per week increasing further through the summer months).
Accommodation consists of 5 bedrooms (split into two separate areas - a 3 bedroom apartment plus an extra 2 bedroom apartment all with separate living, kitchen and bathrooms).
