Job Duties
1. Provides executive, administrative and analytical support to the VPRI and designated ORI leadership team members
2. Coordinate and manage the implementation of ORI administration processes and activities
3. Prepare and coordinate VPRI’s correspondence
4. Coordinate event logistics and scheduling for VPRI
5. Lead projects and implement communication strategies
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the office as well as with other internal constituents (senior administration, faculty, staff) and interact professionally with external constituents (students, alumni, and the public).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including correspondence writing, meeting note-taking, and professional presentation development.
Strong organization skills, tact, and creativity; attention to detail; efficiency in handling problems; coordinating and reviewing purchases and budgets; handling several tasks simultaneously and sometimes unexpectedly; working in a fast-paced environment; and completing tasks to the highest standards.
Operating a personal computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other presentation and meeting software.
Work as part of a team to ensure a positive, proactive, professional, efficient, and effective office environment.
Exercise the highest standard of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all duties.

College degree from an accredited institution.
