We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that provides structured training and support throughout your tenure with us. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, allowing trainees to shadow experienced Surveyors and participate in classroom sessions.
Our training combines classroom learning with regular assessments and practical experience, aiming to equip our Trainees with the skills needed for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, you must meet one of the following criteria:
1. Hold an RICS-accredited surveying-related degree, either undergraduate or postgraduate, including modules in valuation and/or building surveying, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
2. Possess an RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
3. Have a minimum of four years of property-related work experience at negotiator level or higher, involving direct caseload handling and decision-making in property matters, such as in estate agency, asset management, LPA departments, or property management.
