HGV Technician
Location: Ellington
Pay: Up to £24 per hour + bonus (discussed at interview)

The Role
As an HGV Technician, your duties will include:
10. Conducting vehicle inspections and fault‑finding diagnostics.
11. Completing servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard.
12. Preparing HGVs for MOT testing.
13. Working efficiently to manage your workload and maintain productivity.
14. Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure parts are ordered and delivered promptly.
15. Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and ensuring equipment longevity.
16. Completing all required documentation accurately for each job carried out.
Required Skills & Competencies
We are looking for candidates who have:
17. Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service & Maintenance qualification
18. Full UK driving licence
19. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience across a varied HGV fleet
20. Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
21. Capability to deliver servicing to manufacturer and main dealer standards
22. Excellent communication skills
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
