Join an industry-leading renewable energy installer based in the North West and play a vital role in accelerating sustainable growth across the UK. We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our affiliate installer network — already 70+ partners strong.
?? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Fuel Expansion: Identify and recruit new installer partners across targeted regions to grow our national network.
* Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners to support regional growth.
* Generate New Leads: Actively seek out and convert new business opportunities within key areas.
* Industry Engagement: Represent the company at conferences and industry events to spot trends and strengthen our presence.
* Market Awareness: Stay ahead of competitor movements and industry shifts to inform strategy.
* Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance existing partner relationships with professionalism and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience in business development or B2B sales (ideally in renewable energy, construction, or utilities).
* A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel across the North West and nationally when needed.
