SaxaVord Spaceport is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to develop and maintain robust safety systems, ensure compliance with UK regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations.
In this role, you’ll:
* Develop and manage the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with Space Industry Regulations.
* Monitor compliance across licensed activities and lead investigations into incidents.
* Deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure safety standards.
* Review safety cases and implement control measures for risk mitigation.
* Track incidents, report performance, and drive continuous improvement.
If you hold a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), have strong knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO standards, and experience in regulated environments, especially aerospace or construction we'd love to hear from you.
