Overview
Ops Programme and Change Management Associate Director at RSM UK, London, England, United Kingdom. Our Operations, Programme and Change Management team focuses on delivering transformation programmes that improve performance, change adoption, and governance.
Responsibilities
* Establish trust and credibility quickly with clients to build effective relationships as part of the Operations, Programme and Change Management team.
* Be a team player with a “can do” attitude; collaborate to develop solutions.
* Lead transformation projects; demonstrate value delivered; manage a team and multiple deadlines.
* Lead client proposals and presentations; act as trusted advisor to identify, analyse, and solve business challenges.
What we are looking for / Qualifications
* Management experience with an established portfolio within a professional services environment.
* Knowledge of operating model design and transformation or change management principles, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
* Experience in designing and running project management office functions.
* Ability to understand, consolidate and communicate the risk landscape within programmes.
* Ability to lead engagements, plan and facilitate workshops, identify processes gaps, analyse impact, and propose solutions.
* Strong academic record; relevant degree (finance, accounting, business management, data analytics).
* Proven experience in transformation projects (process redesign, system implementation, operating model development).
* Experience in proposal writing and business development.
* Ability to work in cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive change in complex environments.
* Excellent project management skills; track record of delivering transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
* Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and influence at all levels.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently.
* Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
* High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrate and operate in line with RSM’s core values of excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship.
* Experience of managing a team and coaching junior team members.
* Desirable: experience of programme assurance and programme turnaround; experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
